Welcome to Simply Electrifying of Wilbraham, Massachusetts on-line. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog(s), you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Simply Electrifying has the right to modify or change Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before using this Massachusetts on-line website.

Sales Tax:

We are obligated by Massachusetts state law to charge applicable State, County and City sales tax on items delivered to a Massachusetts resident.

Shipping Restrictions:

Free shipping does not apply to selected manufacturers, sale items, and oversized or special-order items. We will notify you of any additional charges when your order is received, if applicable.

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Most shipments will ship via USPS, UPS, or Fed X.

Some larger items or orders may require to be shipped via common carrier. This trucking - shipping fee is your responsibility. In this case, you are also responsible for removing the item(s) off the back of the truck to your home. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to accept delivery and sign for the shipment.

Return and Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions.

We accept returnable product within 7 days of receipt of the product if they are in the original packaging (including all packaging materials and accessories). The items must be suitable for resale and not altered in any way. Electrified, installed items are not returnable and there are no exceptions. The customer will be refunded (less the shipping cost not included in the initial order and a 50% restocking fee) once we have received the returned item(s) and have inspected them for any damage, alterations or install. Items returned will be issued a refund via the same method which the item was purchased.

Merchandise that has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way does not qualify for a return or refund.

To return a product, you must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to returning the product. Products returned without a RGA number will be refused. A RGA number may be requested on-line or by contacting us directly at 413-279-1761 or contact Jamie at simplyjamielynn@gmail.com. Once we issue a RGA, we must receive the product within 10 days or no refunds will be issued.

Merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense.

The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund.

  • Customized products, custom builds, made-to-order products
  • Orders more than $2,000.00 (May be eligible for store credit only, please inquire)
  • 10 or more of the same items
  • Light bulbs
  • Furniture
  • Prints
  • Discontinued, clearance, special priced items, close out and final sales

When returning any item, please be sure to pack it properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We can not provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such case, you can file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We can ship it back to you at your expense or we can field destroy at your request. We will hold your product for 10 days after which the product will be field destroyed.

Damaged goods:

Do not sign for and do not accept receipt of any product that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse and contact us immediately at 413-279-1761.

Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Simply Electrifying cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this timeframe. Upon receiving a product that is damaged, you must request a RGA number before returning the product.

Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such case, we will provide replacements glass or shades at no additional cost to you. It is the discretion of Simply Electrifying to determine if something is in fact defective or warrants replacing broken parts.

Warranties:

All products sold by Simply Electrifying are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you have purchased a product from Simply Electrifying and find it to be defective, 30 days past the purchase date, please contact simplyjamielynn@gmail.com or phone 413-279-1761 for manufacturer warranty information.

Cancelled orders:

You may cancel an order that has not already been processed and that has not shipped. Customized products that are already in the process of being constructed, or are in production are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any potential refund.

Pricing and Description Discrepancies:

Simply Electrifying makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product and provide a customer refund.
